Refunds Policy

TeeRadar WA is a tee-time search tool that shows public golf courses in Western Australia and then sends you directly to the course’s official booking website (MiClub, Quick18, or the club’s own site).

We do not take bookings, process payments, or charge green fees. All payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the course or platform you book with.

If you need to request a refund or change a booking, you must contact the course or booking platform you paid through.

MiClub bookings: Refunds, cancellations and changes follow the individual club’s policy. Visit the club’s MiClub page for instructions.

Quick18 bookings: Refunds are handled by the club operating the Quick18 page. Look for their cancellation/refund rules during checkout.

Direct course websites: If the course uses its own website or phone bookings, contact the club directly to request a refund.

5. Incorrect availability or price

If a course price or slot is incorrect on the course’s official system, the club may adjust or deny the booking according to their own terms. TeeRadar WA cannot override course decisions.

We may update this Refunds Policy if new features are added or if legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when updates occur.
