Refunds Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1. Overview
TeeRadar is a golf tee-time discovery, booking, alert, scorecard and analytics platform. TeeRadar may allow golfers to find tee times, receive alerts, record rounds, subscribe to premium features, book directly through TeeRadar, or be redirected to external golf course booking systems.
Refund handling depends on how the booking, subscription or purchase was made.
2. Third-party course bookings
Many TeeRadar results send you directly to a golf course’s official booking website, such as MiClub, Quick18, a club website, or another third-party booking provider.
For these external bookings:
- TeeRadar does not process your payment;
- TeeRadar does not store your card details;
- TeeRadar cannot issue refunds for payments made externally;
- TeeRadar cannot modify or cancel the booking for you; and
- refunds, cancellations and credits are controlled by the golf course or booking provider.
3. TeeRadar direct bookings
Some participating golf courses may allow bookings directly through TeeRadar.
Where a direct booking is processed through TeeRadar, the refund rules shown during the booking process, the relevant course’s policy, and applicable consumer law will apply.
TeeRadar may assist with refunds for direct bookings where the payment was processed through TeeRadar or its payment provider. However, the golf course may remain responsible for determining whether a refund, credit or reschedule is available.
4. Pay-at-course bookings
Some courses allow tee times to be reserved online but paid directly at the golf course.
For pay-at-course bookings:
- TeeRadar does not collect the green fee;
- payment is handled by the course;
- refunds are handled by the course; and
- cancellation or no-show rules are set by the course.
5. TeeRadar subscriptions
TeeRadar may offer paid subscriptions that provide features such as tee time alerts, favourite course tracking, fewer ads, round analytics, discounts or other premium features.
Subscription payments are generally processed by Stripe, Apple, Google or another authorised payment provider.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation normally stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund subscription fees already paid unless required by law or clearly stated at the time of purchase.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to be made directly through Apple or Google using their refund process.
6. iOS and Android app purchases
If TeeRadar offers in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases may be subject to Apple’s or Google’s payment, cancellation and refund rules.
TeeRadar may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by Apple or Google. You may need to request a refund through the relevant app store.
7. Course refund policies may vary
Each golf course may set its own rules around:
- cancellation deadlines;
- late cancellations;
- no-show fees;
- weather interruptions;
- course closures;
- rescheduling;
- credits, vouchers or rain checks; and
- cart or hire club refunds.
TeeRadar does not control golf course refund policies.
8. How to request a refund
The correct refund path depends on where you paid:
MiClub, Quick18 or external course website:
Contact the golf course or the booking platform you paid through.
Pay at course booking:
Contact the golf course directly.
TeeRadar direct booking:
Contact TeeRadar at teeradar.help@gmail.com and include your booking reference, course name, tee time and email used for the booking.
TeeRadar subscription through Stripe:
Contact TeeRadar at teeradar.help@gmail.com and include the email used for the subscription.
Apple App Store or Google Play purchase:
Request the refund directly through Apple or Google.
9. Incorrect availability, pricing or booking information
TeeRadar works hard to display helpful tee time information, but availability, prices, carts, hire clubs and booking conditions may change.
The golf course’s official booking system or the TeeRadar checkout page at the time of booking is the final source of truth.
TeeRadar is not responsible for external course pricing errors, booking platform changes, course website issues or third-party availability changes.
10. Alerts and missed tee times
Tee time alerts are provided as a convenience only. TeeRadar does not guarantee that an alert will be delivered instantly, that the tee time will remain available, or that you will successfully secure the booking.
Missed alerts, delayed emails, app notification issues or unavailable tee times do not automatically entitle a user to a refund.
11. Scorecards, My Rounds and My Stats
TeeRadar scorecards, My Rounds and My Stats features are provided for personal tracking, convenience and entertainment.
Refunds are not generally provided because a scorecard, statistic, distance, course template or analytics result is incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate, unless required by law.
12. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue with the TeeRadar website or mobile app, contact TeeRadar and we will try to help.
A temporary outage, device issue, operating system issue, app store issue, email delivery issue, third-party provider outage or internet connection issue does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.
Where TeeRadar is required by law to provide a refund, remedy or resupply of services, TeeRadar will comply with those obligations.
14. When to contact TeeRadar
You should contact TeeRadar if:
- a TeeRadar direct booking payment needs to be reviewed;
- you have a Stripe subscription billing question;
- a course link is broken;
- a course is listed incorrectly;
- you experienced a technical issue with the TeeRadar website or app; or
- you are unsure who to contact about a booking.

15. Changes to this policy
TeeRadar may update this Refunds Policy as features, payment methods, app store rules or legal requirements change.
The “Last updated” date will be revised when updates are made.
