This page explains how TeeRadar collects, uses and protects information across our website and mobile application.
1. Who we are
TeeRadar is a golf tee-time search, alert and scorecard platform based in Western Australia. TeeRadar helps golfers discover available tee times, save favourite courses, receive alerts, record rounds, track golf statistics and connect with friends.
2. What TeeRadar does
TeeRadar lets users search Australian golf courses by date, time window, holes and number of players. When you click a booking result, you are generally taken to the golf course’s official booking platform or website, such as MiClub, Quick18 or the club’s own website.
Any golf booking you make is between you and the relevant golf course or booking provider. TeeRadar does not process golf course booking payments directly.
TeeRadar may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features, alerts and app functionality. Subscription payments may be processed through Apple, Stripe or another authorised payment provider.
3. Information we collect
We may collect the following information when you use TeeRadar:
- Account details: Your name, email address, encrypted password, home course, favourite courses, age, gender and profile information you choose to provide.
- Golf activity: Saved rounds, scorecards, scores, player names, statistics, handicap-related information, upcoming rounds and golf preferences.
- Friends and social features: Friend requests, accepted connections, shared rounds and information you choose to share with other TeeRadar users.
- Subscription information: Subscription status, plan type, billing status, renewal status and entitlement information. TeeRadar does not store full payment card details.
- Push notification data: Device identifiers and notification tokens required to deliver tee-time alerts, friend requests, shared round notifications and other app notifications.
- Contact messages: If you contact us, we receive the details you submit so we can reply and provide support.
- Usage data: Searches performed, pages viewed, buttons clicked, booking referrals, alert activity and general product usage.
- Technical data: Device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location, IP address and similar technical information.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
TeeRadar and our partners may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to:
- Remember your login session.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We may use Google AdSense to show ads on TeeRadar. This means:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and/or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to TeeRadar and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising from Google by visiting your Google Ads Settings page. You can also learn more at Google’s advertising privacy page.
We do not have access to raw data from Google’s advertising cookies. We only see aggregated reports, such as how many ad impressions were shown.
