TeeRadar is an online golf tee-time discovery, booking, alert, scorecard and analytics platform that helps golfers find available tee times, receive availability alerts, record rounds and access golf-related tools.
TeeRadar operates as a technology platform connecting golfers with golf courses and third-party booking providers. TeeRadar does not own, operate or manage the golf courses listed on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Golf courses remain responsible for their own course operations, pricing, tee time availability, cancellations, refund rules, weather closures, course conditions, player limits and the delivery of golf services.
These terms apply to TeeRadar whether accessed through:
The mobile app is provided as a convenient way to access TeeRadar services. Features may vary between website, iOS and Android versions depending on device capabilities, app store rules, permissions, operating system updates and third-party service availability.
TeeRadar may allow users to:
When a booking is made through TeeRadar, the booking request is transmitted to the participating golf course or relevant booking provider.
The golf course is responsible for:
TeeRadar does not guarantee the availability of any specific tee time. Availability can change quickly and may be affected by course actions, third-party booking systems, weather, events, maintenance, technical issues or other factors outside TeeRadar’s control.
Some bookings or subscriptions may require payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other approved payment processors.
TeeRadar does not store full credit card details.
Prices shown on the platform may include:
By confirming a booking, subscription or purchase, you authorise the payment shown at checkout.
Some courses allow tee times to be reserved online but paid directly at the golf course.
For pay-at-course bookings, the golf course is responsible for collecting payment and applying its own cancellation, refund and no-show policies.
TeeRadar does not process payments for pay-at-course bookings unless clearly stated during the booking process.
TeeRadar may offer free and paid subscription plans. Subscription features may include tee time alerts, favourite course tracking, reduced advertising, subscriber-only features, discounts, round analytics or other premium functionality.
Subscription benefits may change over time as TeeRadar improves the platform. TeeRadar may add, remove or modify subscription features, provided this does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but may not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or clearly stated by TeeRadar.
Alerts are provided as a convenience only. TeeRadar does not guarantee that alerts will always be delivered, delivered instantly, or result in a successful booking. Email, app and notification delivery can be affected by spam filters, device permissions, third-party providers, outages and user settings.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by golf course, booking provider, payment type and subscription type.
If a golf booking is cancelled, the golf course’s cancellation policy will generally apply.
TeeRadar may assist in processing refunds where applicable but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
TeeRadar may provide scorecard, round tracking and analytics features, including My Rounds and My Stats.
These tools are provided for personal golf tracking, convenience and entertainment. TeeRadar does not guarantee that scorecards, distances, pars, course ratings, slope data, hole indexes, GPS information, round summaries or analytics are complete, accurate or suitable for official handicap, tournament or competition purposes.
You are responsible for checking scorecard information before relying on it. Official competition scoring, handicapping and course ratings should always be confirmed with the relevant golf course, golf association or official body.
User-entered scorecards, player names, round data, notes and course submissions may be stored and processed by TeeRadar to provide the service, improve course data, review submitted scorecard templates and calculate analytics.
If you submit course information, scorecard data, pars, distances, tee colours, layouts, notes or corrections, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
By submitting course or scorecard information to TeeRadar, you grant TeeRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, modify, verify and incorporate that information into the TeeRadar platform.
TeeRadar may review, edit, reject or remove submitted course data at its discretion.
You may need an account to access certain TeeRadar features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account, booking and contact information. TeeRadar may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the service, attempt to manipulate availability, abuse alerts, interfere with platform functionality or breach these terms.

TeeRadar may display aggregated tee time availability, course information, booking links, pricing indicators, phone booking details and other data from golf courses, booking platforms and publicly available sources.
The aggregation, organisation, presentation, caching, filtering, alerting and processing of this data is part of TeeRadar’s proprietary technology platform.
Users may not extract, reuse, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit TeeRadar data, aggregated availability, alerts or course datasets without written permission.
TeeRadar may rely on third-party services including payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, map providers, app stores, booking providers and golf course websites.
Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, fees and availability limitations. TeeRadar is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, payment failures, booking provider changes, app store restrictions or external website content.
Where TeeRadar redirects you to a third-party booking system, the third party or golf course is responsible for the final booking process and related terms.
If you download TeeRadar through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for TeeRadar, the TeeRadar service, golf bookings, subscriptions, content, support, refunds or claims relating to TeeRadar, except where required by their own app store rules or applicable law.
App features may require device permissions such as notifications, location access, internet access or browser access. If permissions are disabled, some features may not work as intended.
TeeRadar may use your location or saved preferences to help show nearby courses, distances, maps, GPS-style scorecard features or relevant tee times.
Location and distance information is approximate and may be affected by device settings, GPS accuracy, map data, signal quality and third-party services. It should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions or official competition measurements.
The TeeRadar platform, including its software, booking systems, availability aggregation technology, alert infrastructure, analytics systems, scorecard tools, mobile app, designs, algorithms, databases, branding and underlying code are proprietary intellectual property owned by TeeRadar or licensed to TeeRadar.
You may not:

TeeRadar is continuously evolving. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features, pages, courses, providers, alerts, app functionality or subscription benefits from time to time.
Where changes materially affect paid subscription features, TeeRadar will aim to act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
TeeRadar may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the platform if a user breaches these terms, misuses the service, interferes with platform operations, abuses bookings or alerts, submits harmful content, attempts to copy the platform or creates risk for TeeRadar, golf courses or other users.
You may stop using TeeRadar at any time. Account deletion or subscription cancellation may be handled separately depending on the feature or payment provider involved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeRadar is not liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Where TeeRadar is permitted to limit liability, TeeRadar’s liability will be limited to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of resupplying the relevant service, where reasonable and lawful.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeRadar from claims, damages, losses, costs or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, false information, harmful submissions, unauthorised data use or infringement of TeeRadar’s intellectual property rights.
TeeRadar handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using TeeRadar, you consent to the collection, use and handling of information as described in that policy.
