TeeRadar operates as a technology platform connecting golfers with golf courses. TeeRadar does not own, operate or manage the golf courses listed on the platform.
The golf courses listed on TeeRadar remain fully responsible for course operations, pricing, availability, cancellations, and the delivery of golf services.

Some courses allow tee times to be reserved online but paid directly at the golf course.
For these bookings the golf course is responsible for collecting payment and applying its cancellation policies.
TeeRadar does not process payments for these bookings.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by golf course.
If a booking is cancelled the course’s cancellation policy will apply.
TeeRadar may assist in processing refunds where applicable but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

The aggregation, organisation, presentation and processing of this data is part of TeeRadar’s proprietary technology platform.
Users may not extract, reuse or reproduce this aggregated data for commercial purposes.
The TeeRadar platform, including its software, booking systems, availability aggregation technology, alert infrastructure, analytics systems, designs, algorithms and underlying code are proprietary intellectual property owned by TeeRadar.
These systems include proprietary technology developed specifically for TeeRadar.

You may not use the TeeRadar platform to develop, support or operate a competing golf booking or tee time aggregation platform.

Any attempt to reproduce or develop competing services based on TeeRadar systems may result in legal action.
TeeRadar does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.
TeeRadar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if users breach these terms or misuse the system.
